Air Vistara makes horrible blunder, flyer complains

Vistara after she spotted a horrible blunder on their website. A quick response
by the airlines is winning the internet.
a quick response by Air Vistara to a flyer on Twitter has
gone viral on the internet. Shyama Rath was filling personal details on a form
on Air Vistara's website and was unable to use the title 'Professor' with her
gender. She took a screenshot of the page and tweeted it to Air Vistara,
saying, Common.
The screenshot showed that soon after she entered Professor in
the title and saved the edits, it displayed the message: "Title PROFESSOR
is not valid for this gender. Please change your TITLE option.
Air Vistara, soon after, noticed Shyama's tweet and responded to
her, saying, "Dear Ms. Rath. Thank you for pointing this out. This
certainly is not done correctly, we will have it fixed. Apologies for this, we
are embarrassed to see this, Visha
Airlines meanwhile,
condemned Vistara for the "horrible blunder" but also praised the
airline for their swift response.
